What is the size chart?
Our bikinis and swimsuits follow standard European sizing (S, M, L, XL). Children's clothing is available in age-based sizes (1Y, 2Y, 3Y, 4Y, 6Y, 8Y, 10Y, 12Y, 14Y). For any questions regarding sizing, please contact us at info@bowswimwear.com.
What are the delivery times?
Mainland Portugal: 24 hours | Europe and Islands: 5 days | Rest of the world: 10-15 days. We work with Batch carrier.
How much is shipping?
Mainland Portugal: €5 | Europe and Islands: €12 | Rest of the world: €18 | In-store pickup: Free.
How can I make an exchange?
You have 30 days to make exchanges. Please consult our Returns and Exchanges policy for more details.
How can I make a return?
You have 15 days to make returns. Please consult our Exchanges and Returns policy for more details.
Can I visit the physical store?
Yes! We are at Rua Saraiva de Carvalho, 179B, 1350-300 Lisbon. Opening hours: Mon 3pm-7pm | Tue-Fri 11am-7pm | Sat 11am-6pm (3rd Saturday of the month closes at 2pm).
How should I wash BOW items?
We recommend hand washing with cold water. Do not machine wash, bleach, or wring the items. Dry in the shade.
