Miguel Bombarda, nº 36, 9ºI, 1050-165 Lisbon, with share capital of €5,000.00, registered with the Lisbon Commercial Registry under corporate number 509519377, and owner of the registered trademark BOW Swimwear.
The sale, copying, distribution, publication, transfer or commercial use of any content on the online store www.bowswimwear.com, or on any social network or platform belonging to this domain or to its managing entity, Mergulhar no Sucesso Unipessoal, Lda., is strictly prohibited.
Mergulhar no Sucesso Unipessoal, Lda. operates a physical store in Lisbon where the products are sold, located at Rua Saraiva de Carvalho, nº 179B, 1350-300 Lisbon.
Mergulhar no Sucesso Unipessoal, Lda. offers exclusive products created by their authors and therefore holds all copyright in accordance with the Portuguese Copyright and Related Rights Code (Código do Direito de Autor e dos Direitos Conexos), approved by Decree-Law 63/85 of 14 March.
Mergulhar no Sucesso Unipessoal, Lda. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to correct, change or suspend any of the services, as well as to amend these Terms and Conditions in the same way.
The user of our website undertakes, in any use made of our services, to comply with applicable law, namely the Copyright and Related Rights Code, the Industrial Property Code and the Cybercrime Law, and to act in good faith without infringing any rights of third parties. CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
The legal guarantee of conformity for products sold through the website is governed by Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of 8 April, and the guarantee period is 2 years.
