Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, for exchanges/returns made through the online store, the Customer has 30 consecutive days to request an exchange and 15 days to request a return. After this period, returns and refunds will no longer be accepted.
The period for exchanges (30 days) or returns (15 days) begins:
a) On the day the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of purchase and sale contracts.
b) On the day the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the last item, in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately.
All items purchased online may be exchanged or returned at the BOW physical store or via the online store. Exchanges or returns are only accepted for items in perfect condition, accompanied by the respective invoice, tags, and hygiene protector. Items that have been used, altered, washed, or returned without an invoice, tags, or hygiene protector will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
The Customer may request an exchange in two ways:
a) At the BOW store (Rua Saraiva de Carvalho, 179B, Lisbon): exchanges may be made for a different size, color, or item, provided the value is equal to or higher than the original purchase. If a lower-value item is selected, the Customer will receive a store credit for the difference, valid within the same collection.
b) Through the website: send an email to info@bowswimwear.com indicating the desired model, color, and size. The new item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. After stock confirmation, BOW will validate the exchange. Items must be sent to: BOW — Rua Saraiva de Carvalho, 179B, 1350-300 Lisbon. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
RETURNS
The Customer may return products purchased online in two ways:
a) At the BOW store: returns can be made free of charge.
b) Through the website: send an email to info@bowswimwear.com to confirm the return request. Items must be sent to: BOW — Rua Saraiva de Carvalho, 179B, 1350-300 Lisbon. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
BOW only accepts returns for items purchased through the online store within the established period or in the case of a proven defect upon delivery. Once the item is received, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days.
BOW does not accept returns for items purchased in the physical store.
